We want our customers to be entirely satisfied with your purchases and will work with you towards that end. However, we also strive to be consistent with our policies, which are as follows:
Returns and Exchanges:
If you aren’t happy with your purchase for any reason, we are happy to offer either a refund or exchange within 60 days of your purchase. If you purchased your products online, those items may be returned to us, but shipping will be at the customer’s expense.
Paint, glazes, topcoats and texture products may NOT be returned after purchase. We offer color cards for our paint lines for purchase and have sample paints available in store for you to test and work with prior to purchasing. Our workshops provide an excellent opportunity to work with the paint (in colors of your choice) and with varying topcoats, while learning all the techniques to ensure you are confident in both your selections and application.
Shipments are generally prepared the next business day following your order. However, as we are closed on Tuesdays and Wednesdays, those orders placed on Monday afternoon through Wednesday will ship on Thursday. Orders placed on Friday afternoons through Sunday will ship on Monday. Orders placed on Thursday will ship on Friday.
We make every effort to pack the products sent to you with care and to ensure you receive your shipment as expected. However, the care given to your package is out of our control once it departs our store.
ANY damage needs to be reported within three (3) days of receipt. In the case of damage, please be sure to retain all of the interior AND exterior packaging, as an inspection may be required. Emails may be sent to firstname.lastname@example.org or you may call directly at 719.632.6345.
